Movie Time

My aunt Tirzah and uncle Troy have been spending a lot of time at the hospital with their newborn twins, Amelia and Avery. The sweet angels were born premature on Thanksgiving Day (Tirzah's original due date was in March. Yes - they were very early). So, everyone has pitched in to help take care of CJ, their oldest son. I asked if I could help out too and they said yes! Which is fabulous on several accounts. (1) CJ is awesome and I love spending time with him! and (2) Jessica LOVES LOVES LOVES CJ...wait. Did I mention how much she LOVES CJ?!? So, with Brittany and Brinkley, Grandma (my mom) and Great Grandma (my Grandma) we all decided to go see the movie Tangled in the theater. I was a little nervous because the last time we took Jessica to the movies, it didn't go so well. But, we thought we'd give it another try.

Several things that I love about this picture. (1) It has all three of the munchkins in it (2) I LOVE CJ's expression! (3) I LOVE that it looks like Brinkley is trying to find CJ's popcorn with her right hand while devoting her attention to something else. (4) I LOVE that Jessica is just chowing down with no regard to anything else that is going on. (5) This picture is so adorable with all three kids on their booster seats with their own popcorn! Love it!!!

Great Grandma took a picture of all of us.

Jessica did pretty well in the movie theater for about the first half of the movie. Then, Brinkley wanted to get down and run around, so Jessica (of course) had to get down and run around too. Luckily there were only about 10 other people in the theater and they all seemed to sit on the other side of the theater. Whether that was intentional or accidental I'm not sure. At first, with Jessica and Brinkley running around on our side of the theater, it wasn't that bad. Until, all of a sudden, I hear this loud, "Hey! Momma! Hey! Hey! HEY!" Yep. It was my daughter. Yelling for her mother. I get down to the front, and see Brinkley and Jessica standing right in front of the gigantic screen. Watching their show. Jessica was fine. She just wanted me to see her watching this huge movie. What a cutie! And, no. This picture was not taken during the film! It was taken after! Promise...

After the movie was over (which they really all did enjoy) we played in the lobby for a few minutes. Again, tons of fun and the 3 kiddo's were so cute!

Whatever Brinkley was doing, Jessica had to try. Brinkley was so funny because she kept saying, "Mom! Watch me! Mom! Watch me!"

After the movie, we took CJ home with us. For Christmas my mom got Jessica a tea set. We decided to try it out...
