High On The Mountain Top

Last night Jer and I went to ward temple night. As a ward we met in a room on the ground floor of the temple with a member of the temple presidency. President Daines spoke to us about how this temple is literally an "abode" or home of the Lord. The Lord has been there. He has walked the floors. He has been in every room. The Spirit was so strong while he spoke to us. We then, as a ward, did an endowment session.

As Jer and I sat in the Celestial Room, I was so thankful to be married to him. I love him so much. Love truly grows. I thought about our wedding day almost 2.5 years ago and how much I thought I loved him then. My love has truly grown for him as we have grown closer together. He is my best friend. I love him. I was so thankful that we were sealed in the temple. We are a forever family! Our beautiful daughter Jessica will be coming to us and will be our daughter forever! Last night I felt like I had a tiny glimpse into the grand eternal purpose of being linked together through the work we do at the temple. I know that Heavenly Father loves us. He knows me, He knows my trials and what I need. He wants me to be happy. He wants me to succeed. As I approach motherhood I am confident that He will be with me. He loves me. I AM a child of God. :)
